This adhesive is tested to be eco-friendly, light smell, high viscosity, good cut and peel strength, heat resistant, anti-aging, It can resist water, oil dirt and eroding after the adhesive film foamed and solidified.
Appearance: yellowish, transparent

MDI environment-friendly adhesive: It is mainly made from polyether polyol and Diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate. The raw materials and accessories are all of high grade, Finished products contain no TDI, Toluene xylene, short chain chlorcosane, DOP, MOCA etc. reach colorless and odourless grade. Viscosity and consistency is just right for
construction. Solidifying time can be adjusted according to actual environment temperature. To avoid the yellowing
phenomenon of adhesive itself, anti-ultraviolet agent and ani-aging agent are especially added to delay color change. It passes oral test and all other relevant standards.
Double Layer EPDM playground(kindergarten) Construction Steps:
1. Roll-coat adhesive on cement or asphalt ground.
2. Mix REM/SBR black particles and adhesive at set ratio, then use paving machine or pave them manually.
3. Pave EPDM color granules after complete solidification of REM/SBR layers.
4. Mix EPDM color granules and adhesive at set ratio, then use paving machine or pave them manually (First, pave patterns, then primary colors. It’s required to smooth the seams of EPDM granules paved at different time).
5. Mark lines when EPDM layer is completely solidified and not sticky.
Comparing to the traditional recipe of TDI,Polyether and T9, MDI adhesive improved the technology which can bring you non-toxc also cost saving, normaly can save at least 15% for 100kg renewable sponges.
